Dear CIECA Members, Road Safety Experts, and All Those Committed to Vision Zero,

On behalf of CIECA, the International Commission for Driver Testing (https://www.cieca.eu/), I am delighted to invite you to the 57th CIECA General Assembly and Congress, taking place in Porto, Portugal, on 28–29 May 2025.

Under the theme “Assessing the Difference – Different Strategies Towards a Common Goal: Vision Zero,” this event will bring together leading experts in driver education, road safety, and mobility to exchange knowledge and ideas, in an environment where they can collaborate and help develop effective solutions to eliminate road traffic fatalities and serious injuries.

We are proud to have ANIECA, Portugal (https://site.anieca.pt/) as our host, a CIECA member dedicated to enhancing driver education and road safety in Portugal.  The beautiful, historical city of Porto is an ideal choice for this important gathering of world experts in driver education, driver testing and road safety .

While the General Assembly is limited to CIECA members only, the Congress is open to all where, in addition to CIECA members, we will welcome external experts in road safety and mobility. We encourage all stakeholders to join the discussion and help shape the future of road safety.
