Please note: When filling in this event registration form, you will be able to:

• Register yourself for the event (as a CIECA member/non-CIECA member).
• Register separately  your accompanying partner(s), e.g. husband, wife.
• Reserve pre-booked rooms at the Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa (the congress venue) or the nearby Bessa Hotel Boavista, subject to availability.
• Make payment via bank transfer or credit card for all selected options.
