Stand space of 4sqm (2x2m) for CIECA Members: 1,100.00€ + 23% VAT

The payment of this fee guarantees the full participation of one representative in all events for free:

  • Welcome Reception.
  • General Assembly and Members Forum entrance (including coffee breaks, lunch and dinner).
  • Congress access (including coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner).


Stand space of 4sqm (2x2m) for Non-CIECA Members:
1,500.00 € + 23% VAT

The payment of this fee guarantees the participation of one representative in the following events for free:

  • Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on 28 May.
  • Congress access (including coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner on 29 May).

Details:

  • Price for 2x2m space for stand.
  • Assembly of stand is not included.
  • The price includes 1 table and 2 chairs.
  • The price includes the electricity.
  • Wi-Fi.


Participation in the Congress for Additional Colleagues


Registration for CIECA Members: 570,00€

  • Welcome Reception on 27 May.
  • GA & MF & Dinner on 28 May.
  • Congress and gala dinner on 29 May.

 

Registration for Non-CIECA Members: 400,00€

  • Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on 28 May.
  • Congress and dinner on 29 May.

 

NOTE TO ALL EXHIBITORS: If any representative (CIECA member or non-CIECA member) wants to participate in the social programme on 30 May 2025, please inform when booking the exhibiting space. The price to attend the excursion is 150€/per participant.

 

Terms & Conditions


  • The exhibitor has no claim to a particular space.
  • After receiving your completed registration form, you will be issued an invoice for the total amount.
  • Once you receive the invoice, please transfer the required fee by the due date to the following account:
